Memberships / Subscriptions

When you purchase the CamWood Elite Membership, you will be charged based on the subscription duration and billing frequency you select at checkout.

Your payment details are stored securely, and charges will occur automatically for each billing period unless the membership is paid in advance.

The CamWood Elite Membership automatically renews at the end of each billing period. If you do not wish to continue, you must cancel the membership before your next billing date.

You may cancel or change your subscription at any time. A link to manage your subscription is included in your order confirmation emails, or you may manage your membership directly through your account.


Cancellation & Refund Policy for Memberships / Subscriptions

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account prior to your next billing date.

Because membership benefits (including access to resources, services, rewards points and member-only features) are made available immediately upon purchase, refunds will not be allowed once your renewal payment has been processed.


Custom Bat Orders – Cancellation & Refund Policy

Custom bat orders are made specifically to customer-selected specifications and enter production shortly after an order is placed.

Once a custom bat order has entered production, the order cannot be edited, canceled, or refunded, as materials and labor are immediately allocated to the custom build.

If a cancellation request is submitted before production has started, we will review the request and, if approved, issue a refund minus any applicable processing or customization fees.

Customers will be notified once their custom bat order has entered production.


Custom Apparel Orders – Cancellation & Refund Policy

Custom apparel orders are made specifically to customer-selected specifications and enter production shortly after an order is placed.
