If you are not satisfied with your CamWood purchase, you may return it to us UNUSED for a full refund. A refund will NOT be approved if the bat was broke while hitting off of the machine, or live arm.

If the bat has been used, we will not accept the return!

Once the bat has been returned to our facility, we will issue the refund back to your bank account.

What if I ordered the wrong size CamWood Hands & Speed Trainer..?

Once you receive the original bat you ordered, do not open the box.  Ship the bat back to CamWood Shop.  Once we receive confirmation the bat is in transit back to CamWood, we will send out the replacement bat with the correct size.

If the bat has been used, we will not accept the return.

What if I ordered the wrong size Custom Bat...?

All Custom bat purchases are final.  Please review the specs of your custom bat before making the purchase because we cannot adjust the order once the bat has began the finishing process.

To request a return, follow the steps below:

1. Email support@camwoodbats.com

2. We will send you a return label to attach to the box

3. Once we have received the returned items, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to process.
