Training Bat Warranty

If your bat breaks within the first 90 days of purchase, please email support@camwoodbats.com or text 828.558.7015 with your order number and a picture of the break, and we will replace it.

Game Bat Warranty

CamWood Game Bats come with a 90 Day Warranty.  The 90 Day Warranty begins once the bat has been delivered to the customer.

The Game Bat Warranty is valid for 1 replacement bat only.

What if I ordered from Amazon and My Bat Broke..?

Your bat is covered under our 90 Day Warranty. If your bat broke within 90 days of purchase, please reach out to us on through Amazon or contact support@camwoodbats.com with your order number and an image of the broken bat for us to send a replacement.

What if I ordered from Dicks Sporting Goods and My Bat Broke..?

The warranty must be fulfilled by Dicks Sporting Goods if you ordered the bat there.  That is why we recommend ordering from us directly so we can have better control of the customer experience.  If Dicks is unwilling to replace the bat, reach out to support@camwoodbats.com and show proof of date purchased at Dicks Sporting Goods and we will help you get a new bat.

Tee Warranty

All G Tee items are backed by a 2 Year Warranty fulfilled directly by G Tee. If you have any warranty claims, please reach out to support@camwoodbats.com and we will forward your information to G Tee to fulfill the replacement order.
