We always recommend the SAME LENGTH as your normal game bat. If you swing a 33 Inch game bat, train with a 33 Inch CamWood Trainer.

We have 2 options to be coached by the CamWood Staff. The All American 30 Day Program is a hitting programs that gives you access to daily hitting workouts & drills to show you how to use the bat. It also gives you access to Private Coaching from our staff to make sure you are doing the drills correctly for MAXIMUM Results.
We also have the CamWood Elite where you can access ALL of our programs (not just the hitting) and access to our Elite Coaches!

Can this bat be used in batting practice or live arm..?
Yes, it is a normal wood bat so it can be used during batting practice. However, as any wood bat, if you hit a ball off the end or get jammed, it potentially could break! We recommend using this bat off of tee and front toss so we ensure no breaks.
